Jed brings to AGILE a deeply rooted commitment to inclusive solidarity-based sustainable development. With a strong background in public administration, special education, and gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), and nearly two decades of government service and community development, he has built a reputation for designing capacity-building programs that bridge the employment gap for women, persons with diverse sexual orientation, gender identity, expression, and sex characteristics(SOGIESC), neurodivergent individuals, and persons with disabilities (PWDs). At AGILE, Jed channels this expertise to co-create green industries and living ecosystems that leave no one behind—ensuring our work toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals is grounded in the lived realities of marginalized communities.

A systems thinker with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, Jed applies policy-based, community-grounded approaches to sustainability and the social solidarity economy. He actively partners with advocacy groups and local organizations to craft practical strategies that advance social equity and inclusion. His work underscores AGILE’s ethos of co-creation by translating complex policy frameworks into hands-on training experiences that foster lasting systemic change.

His leadership in inclusive livelihood initiatives and grassroots policy implementation reflects AGILE’s commitment to collaborative learning and social innovation, forging new pathways for marginalized artisans and entrepreneurs to lead eco-industrialization from below—turning employment access into a cornerstone of care-centered co-creative solidarity networks in the Global South.
