Knowledge Commoning
We co-develop simple online courses, hands-on workshops, and live demo sites with “positive deviants” so their communities can learn, adapt, and lead on their own. From composting basics to eco entrepreneurship, every tool is crafted for local needs.
Participatory Action Research
We gather data together—tracking progress, uncovering what truly works, and shaping local policies that reflect each community’s realities. This ongoing collaboration keeps every project grounded in real needs and shared learning.
