Red Dragon Fruit

Freshly harvested red dragon fruits, grown from the rich volcanic loam soil of Lipa, Batangas.

Since 1994, Calle Mon has been championing natural farming for 25 years. An orchard in the foothills of Mt. Malarayat in the coffee capital of the Philippines Lipa, Batangas, it grows premium grade organic fruits, including several varieties of coffee and dragon fruit. It was established by my late father, Ramon Lorenzo Calleja, an agroecologist and co-founder of the Malarayat Coffee Farmers and Consumers Cooperative.
